Kim Allen, Business Administrator - Kim is a native Texan. She grew up and finished school in East Texas before moving to Houston sixteen years ago. She started working in dentistry in the early nineties and has been with Dr. Taylor and Friendswood Dental Group since 2000. On her days off, you can find Kim along with her husband and two children skydiving or flying to air shows in their vintage war bird. Kim says “Working at FDG really keeps you on your toes to keep up with technology. We have the latest and greatest equipment. Always updating to stay on the leading edge.”

Tracie Smith, Treatment Coordinator - Tracie has been in the dental field since 1991. She is a long time resident of Galveston County. Tracie has two children and husband of sixteen years. She is active in her local church and enjoys horseback riding, singing, vacationing and going to the beach. Tracie has an outgoing personality and is always smiling.

Hygienist - is orginally from North Carolina. After graduation she moved to Texas and decided to make Pearland her home.
She has worked in her field for many years and uses her experience to make her patients feel at ease.
On her time off she enjoys traveling with her husband and three children in their Bluebird.

Renea Marchi, Hygienist -has over 25 years experience as a Dental Hygienist specializing in Periodontal Therapy. Getting to know her patients and their lifestyles helps her to create a visit that is unique, comfortable, fun, and tailored to each patient.
Renea and Mark have raised two “Aggies” and have a Grandbaby ‘on the way’! She is an active member of the Dental Hygiene Association, serves in her church, and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, antiquing, and photography.
